Chauffeurcar launches fully licensed, branded Executive Car Service with 3 new Renault Grand Espaces. Control Centre set up in Kingsbury, North West London.

December 2003

Acquired Select Cars, a major provider of Car Services to the Film and TV production sector.

Fleet size increases to 18 vehicles including 12 new Grand Espaces and 4 new BMW 7 series.

June 2004

Acquired Colins Cars, a successful provider of Car Services to the Pharmaceutical industry.

September 2004

Won contract with Emirates to provide transfers for first and business class passengers arriving and departing from London Heathrow on two flights daily.

November 2004

Holding company, Chauffeurcar PLC incorporated.

December 2004

Full 24 hour Control Centre established in Kings Cross.

Set up joint venture with DSB Showtours Limited, an experienced car service provider specializing in Music and Travel Companies.

January 2005

Commenced contract with Emirates.

Acquired goodwill of DSB Showtours Limited.

Fleet increased to 40 vehicles.

February 2005

Chauffeurcar PLC completes successful “private placing” of 1,230,000 new shares.

Launch of Client Development Department offering new levels of personalized service.

March 2005

Awarded Service Contract extension with Universal Music Group.

May 2005

Delivery of 15 new Volvo S80 vehicles for Business Class service.

Following the completion of over 7,000 Emirates transfers, Chauffeurcar awarded a further two flights commencing August 2005.

June 2005

Appointed exclusive UK affiliate to Empire CLS, the largest Chauffeur Company in the United States.

July 2005

Delivery of 10 new Volvo S40 vehicles for Economy Class service in addition to 3 new BMW 7 series, 3 new Mercedes S Class LWB and 5 Renault Grand Espace. Fleet size grows to 60.

Reed Exhibitions appoint Chauffeurcar as the exclusive car provider for both the World Travel Market 2005 and the London Book Fair 2006 at ExCeL, International Exhibition and Conference Centre, in London
